Consultation & feasibility
We begin with a comprehensive in-home consultation focused on understanding your goals and assessing what is realistically achievable within your home.
During this visit, we take detailed measurements, review existing conditions, discuss layout ideas, finishes, budget range and timeline, and identify any potential constraints relating to structure, services, access or compliance.
As part of this process, we create an existing layout plan of the space and work with you on site to develop a custom proposed layout plan. This ensures everyone is on the same page from the outset and allows us to accurately confirm how the space will function before moving into design.
Design & documentation
Working closely with our trusted local designers and suppliers, we develop a tailored design that reflects your vision while remaining practical and buildable.
This stage includes professional plans, renders and elevations, allowing you to clearly visualise the finished space. By documenting every detail, we create complete transparency between you, the builder and all trades involved, ensuring everyone is working from the same clear information.
All selections, layouts and design decisions are confirmed at this stage.
Pre-construction planning
This is where we protect your time, budget and peace of mind.
Before construction begins, we carry out a thorough pre-construction process to identify potential unforeseeables early. Where required, we arrange asbestos testing and coordinate on-site inspections with key trades such as our electrician, plumber and carpenter to confirm the scope, pricing and construction approach are accurate.
We also check all fixtures, fittings and materials to ensure they are correct, undamaged and ready for installation, and prepare your home by confirming access, protection measures and site readiness.
By resolving risks and logistics upfront, we reduce stress, avoid unnecessary delays or cost variations, and set the project up for a smooth build.
Construction
Your renovation is run day-to-day by an on-site supervisor and overseen by a dedicated project manager who coordinate trades, manage scheduling and oversee quality at every stage.
We photograph all framing and services throughout the build to create a clear record of what is installed behind the walls. This documentation is kept on file for future reference, should you wish to add or modify fittings or fixtures down the track, and to confirm all works are carried out in accordance with Australian Standards.
You’re kept informed through regular updates and on-site checks as work progresses, ensuring the project stays aligned with the agreed plan, timeline and budget.
Inspection & completion
Once construction is complete, we conduct a detailed inspection to ensure all works meet our quality standards and the agreed scope.
Any final adjustments are addressed, all fixtures and finishes are checked, and the space is professionally cleaned and prepared for handover. Our staged photographic records form part of this final quality review.
Handover & ongoing support
We complete the process with a thorough handover, including a walkthrough of the finished space and a digital record of your renovation containing relevant documentation, warranties and maintenance information.
Our relationship doesn’t end at handover. We remain available to support you after completion, providing peace of mind and confidence that your renovation is backed by a team that stands behind its work.
